The 46th Assembly District covers much of the West San Fernando Valley including the neighborhoods of Bell Canyon, Encino, Canoga Park, Lake Balboa, Reseda, Tarzana, Van Nuys, Warner Center, West Hills, Winnetka and Woodland Hills.
